My path to entrepreneurship was far from conventional. With a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and roots in a small city, I never envisioned leading a venture of my own. But life, as it often does, had other plans. I discovered my knack for bridging the gap between employers and talent—a skill that laid the foundation for my entrepreneurial journey.
