Founded in 2012, Adept Recruiting set out to redefine recruitment consulting with a fresh approach to talent acquisition, I joined in 2018 post my MBA bringing my passion for connecting people with opportunities to the forefront. My focus? I specialize in marketing and compliance roles while navigating the intricacies of mid-to senior-level and leadership hiring in the General Insurance industry.
With a team of two, I wear multiple hats – from client coordination to strategizing the next big hire. What keeps me hooked? Our culture.
